What About The Cookies?
- What is the shelf life of the cookies?
Your cookies do not contain preservatives so we suggest consuming them within 5 days of receipt or freeze them right away for up to a month.
- How do I store my cookies?
Keep your cookies in their individual packaging and store in a plastic bag or airtight container.
- Can I reheat my cookies?
Yes! They taste amazing when warmed, especially those containing chocolate or white chocolate.
Reheat in a 375° oven for 6 minutes. If reheating a frozen cookie we suggest increasing the time to 15 minutes. In both cases give the cookies a few seconds to cool before enjoying.
IF you do not have an oven or toaster oven, a last resort is the microwave. 10-15 seconds is what we recommend depending on the power of your microwave oven.
- Do any of the cookies contain nuts?
All of our flavors are nut free. However we do produce our cookies in a shared kitchen that also processes peanuts and tree nuts. Although we do take all of the necessary precautions to minimize the risk of cross-contamination, we do not guarantee that any of our products are safe to consume for people with allergies (peanut, tree nut, soy, milk, egg, or wheat).
What about ordering?
- How do I order?
Our cookie release dates will be announced on our social media platforms. We will announce what flavors are available for purchase and the time the release goes "live". Once live, you can order half dozen cookie packs from our website. Each pack contains one flavor and there will be a 2 pack maximum until further notice. We make a limited amount of cookies for every release so once they are sold out, you will need to wait until the next release OR you can catch an in person event.
- Do you offer catering or wholesale? We are a small bakery but we can accommodate a limited number of catering and large orders at a time. Please see our Catering Page for more details. We do not offer our cookies for wholesale purchase at this time.
What about shipping?
- When will my order be shipped?
Our cookies are baked and shipped to order. They will arrive boxed and individually packaged in a labeled resealable bag. We ship all orders via UPS. Packages are shipped with a one to two day delivery window, however delays can sometimes occur. Please note that we are unable to control any shipping delays caused by the carrier.
- Do you ship everywhere?
We only offer domestic shipping at this time and we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
What about everything else?
- Do you have a storefront?
We do not have a storefront location but we do operate out of a fully licensed commercial kitchen in Chantilly, Virginia.
- Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to the perishable nature of our cookies.
- Why is there a maximum order quantity?
We are a small and exclusive bakery. To this end we bake a limited amount of cookies and flavors for every release. In order to serve as many of our customers as possible we currently have a 2 pack maximum in place for online orders. As we grow, we will re-examine this policy and hope to eliminate it at the appropriate time in the future.
