All orders are shipped on the Saturday following the Thursday launch and within 24 hours of being baked.
We ship nationwide using UPS. Due to Covid-19 shipping may be delayed and we ask for your patience during this unprecedented time.
Please be sure to double check your shipping address for accuracy as we cannot replace orders sent to an incorrect address.
We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
A tracking number will be provided via once your order is shipped (or a label is created). Please use the tracking information to check the status of your delivery.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our cookies, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if you receive the wrong item. A photo will need to be provided so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
